Amazing experience from the moment we were collected from the airport. Welcome drink whilst checking in, and reception staff showing us to our room. Had a room upgrade and the sea view room with jacuzzi is highly recommended. Breakfast was a 5 star experience with it being impossible to choose from the options on the menu. Had a better experience for breakfast than the highly rated - overpriced restaurants on the island. Staff in the restaurant/bar are 10/10. Reception staff are attentive and help in every way possible including advice on best places to go and taxis being ordered easily. Also ordering dominos at 1am for me is a life saver. Only faults I could find is the swimming pool being a little too cold and the walk back from paradise beach being a little tight on the hamstrings. Could possibly be the best hospitality I’ve ever received at a hotel.

It’s a very beautiful hotel with a very kind staff and beautiful design. Before arriving they called and offered a free transfer from/to airport. When arrived, until we checked in they served us welcome drinks. I want to mention that this hotel have one of the best room service that I’ve seen. They cleaned our room and changed towels several times a day. (Even, once, they asked us at 10:00 pm if we need clean towels) The view is stunning and the pools are amazing. The only thing is that the WiFi is very slow, need to be improved.

Dear customers I worked this summer at lyo boutique hotel season 2023 in the service sector We had the worst manager we could have to run this hotel. I have an observation for you, don't leave tips for the children of the staff on the cards because the employees don't take them. Give them cash because they take this money and put it in their pocket. this happens to me too and now I will have to take legal action to be justified.

Brand fresh new hotel, lovely and welcoming staff. There are 2 pools and gym with amazing view, rich breakfast you can order from a large and wide selection (vegan included) and served on the terrace with view. My room was not really my favourite a bit dark, but cannot influence the overall rating. Definitely would recommend to stop/ spend your vacation there while in Mykonos.

Very modern, design small hotel with amazing view and pool area. We spend 3 days and liked all about the place , especially : nice kind service , rich breakfast (we spent 1 h each morning to enjoy), super cool gym with the view, rooms are good and proper, would say less design and special then common facilities. The room 105 is too dark and humid , try to ask for alternatives if you can.

Not recommended for holidays or relaxation. Permanent loud music everywhere (both pools, bar). Despite guests putting on headphones and earplugs to avoid loud music, employees refuse to turn down the music a bit. If you plan to use your room for the nights only and avoid the hotel all-day, this is an option for you. Location is not good, nothing nearby - you are basically forced to stay in the hotel and take all-day the loud music and leave this place totally stressed and tired, in order to plan a recovery holidays to recover from this hotel. Alternative would be planning everyday excursions to other places to avoid the hotel - then again other hotels would be a better choice in terms of location and relaxation. Construction-work and -noise all around the hotel. Food is good. Some employees service-oriented.

Very nice hotel, located about 10 minutes drive from the airport. The design of the hotel is wonderful, it has a restaurant, it has 2 swimming pools, one of them with a sea view. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, no promenade, no shops. The closest restaurants are on the beach, which is steeply downhill. The walk back from the beach to the hotel is arduous 15 minutes.
